Sabres invade: Cloverdale Fairgrounds

The Cloverdale Fairgrounds are the site of the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair, the second largest of its kind in Canada (only after the Calgary Stampede). In addition to hosting the rodeo, part of its land is leased to Fraser Downs casino and racetrack, which is operated by the largest casino operator in Canada.

Cloverdale is one of the town centers of Surrey, British Columbia, and is primarily an agricultural and ranching area. It is home to the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair, Canada's second largest rodeo, as well as the filming locations for the exteriors of downtown Smallville in the TV show Smallville.

Prospera Centre is the former home of the Chilliwack Bruins of the Western Hockey League (WHL) and Chilliwack Chiefs of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL). It was built in 2004 and located on the western side of central Chilliwack.

Victoria's Inner Harbour, historically known as James Bay, is the waterfront along the city's downtown and also serves as its main marina and docks. It is flanked on land by the British Columbia Parliament Buildings, the Empress Hotel, the former Royal London Wax Museum and the Royal British Columbia Museum.

The Canadian Pacific Railway Steamship Terminal building is most well known as the former location of the Royal London Wax Museum, which operated in the building for over 40 years until 2010. The museum included over 50 wax figures and was North America's first exhibition of Tussaud wax figures from England. The museum moved out in 2010 after a lease dispute when the building was to be seismically upgraded.

Metropolis at Metrotown is the largest shopping mall in Western Canada, and second largest in Canada (behind only the infamous West Edmonton Mall). Its name comes from its predecessors, Eaton Centre Metropolis and Metrotown Centre, which merged to form a single mega-mall in 2005.

Sabres invade: Chan Centre for the Performing Arts

The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts is a venue on the University of British Columbia campus that is home to musical performances, graduation ceremonies and high-profile appearances by cultural and historical personalities. It was built thanks to the largest private cultural donation in Canadian history at the time. Recently, it has also gained fame as a filming location for shows such as The 4400, Fringe, Kyle XY and Hellcats.
