Harbour Centre is one of the tallest buildings in Vancouver and contains a 360-degree viewing deck and a revolving restaurant. It was the tallest building in British Columbia until 2001. It is also home to a major campus of Simon Fraser University, the Italian consulate and the Coast Guard's radio operations. Its viewing deck was officially opened by American astronaut Neil Armstrong, whose footprint was encased in cement for the occasion and is still on display.
